Returns and Refunds
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the shipment (working days will begin to be calculated based on proof of delivery). The products must be returned intact and with the appropriate guarantee seal applied to each item.
MAKE A RETURN
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must respect these simple conditions in order to obtain a refund of the amount paid during the purchase:
The return request must be received at our email address sales@aiutosportswear.it no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery. If communication does not occur within this time frame, your request will be rejected.
The products must be sent back in a single shipment and, if possible, in the original packaging that was delivered to you. Returns of products belonging to the same order sent at two different times will not be accepted.
The products must be returned intact and must not have been used or damaged.

RECEIPT AND MANAGEMENT OF RETURNS
Once the return has been received, an employee will evaluate the condition of the products.
We remind you that aiutosportstwear.it does not allow exchanges of goods but will refund the cost of returned items. For any change you will have to proceed with registering a new order.
